Summer is here!

If you are lucky enough to experience some hot weather this summer in your part of the country, firstly lucky you and secondly be mindful of the storage conditions of your thermal transfer ribbons.

Thermal ribbons have a shelf life of up to12 months if stored in the correct conditions, they should be stored between 18ºC and 24ºC and at relative humidity of not more than 65%.

Cool, dry conditions are best and avoid storing in direct sunlight or next to sources of heat such as radiators.

Make sure you are using your oldest ribbon stock first to avoid issues with print quality with your thermal ribbons.
